Insa, nu toti copiii sunt talentati, dar toti au dreptul la o copilarie frumoasa si un trai decent. Tocmai din acest considerent alocatia rusinoasa de 42 de RON/luna trebuie indexata substantial. Alocatia trebuie sa fie demna de un copil european, al carui parinte plateste taxe si accize egalate cu cei din statele UE.
